ABOUT THE LODGES & CAMPS

The Ilala Lodge offers distinguished accommodation in a gracious and secluded ambiance. The decor evokes a bygone era of adventure and the quest of discovery in Africa. A warm welcome awaits you. The hotel is ideally situated and is close to Victoria Falls as well as the town centre.

Elephant Valley Lodge features sturdy acacias reaching high above the camp, forming large canopies of shade, under which you will find twenty ‘meru’ styled luxury safari tents. Each of the spacious tents feature twin beds, mini-safe and en-suite facilities which include an indoor shower
and toilet. The elephants move along their well worn paths around the camp boundary to and from the Chobe River.

Sango Safari Camp accommodating only 12 guests in 6 en-suite meru tents, is designed in the style of the classic tented safari camp of days gone by. With its open-air bucket showers, hand crafted furnishings and classic styling Sango Safari Camp aims to rekindle the atmosphere of the
luxury mobile safari camp, successfully blending the rustic with the luxurious. Situated on the river overlooking the Moremi and with access to both these magnificent wildlife areas, Sango Safari Camp is focused on delivering an exceptional wildlife experience. With the Khwai River forming a natural border between the world famous Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai Concession, animals can travel freely through this vast unfenced wilderness.

Camp Okavango consists of 12 classic East-African style en suite, tents, each of which sits on a raised deck, which also has a private sun deck. The main building is made in a traditional manner, with thatch and lethaka (reeds), and houses a cocktail bar, lounge and library. There is also a dining area, which leads onto an open-air patio – excellent for evenings around the fireside. Dinner at Camp Okavango, served by the light of candelabra, is renowned.

$5,295 plus air.
