YUCATAN:
LAND OF THE ANCIENT MAYA
February 17-25, 2007

Dear Betchart Expeditions,

We thought you'd be interested to see Ellen and Peter's "final exam" about their experiences in the Great Maya Expedition of 2007. They put together a display board consisting of a couple dozen photos and captions, along with a couple maps that their dad found on the internet. They then "manned their booth" at their elementary school's annual "Share Fair" on April 23. They supplemented the display with several souvenirs and served samples of refried black beans and corn chips.

Ellen and Peter sure seemed to have had a lot of fun working on this project and sharing their stories. We were impressed with how many details they retained from the trip. In other words, both passed their exam with flying colors!
